New Year, New Blog

I have this sudden urge to blog again, probably felt so after reading Eng Hua's regularly maintained blog. I miss blogging, somehow... 

The "excuse" to come up with a NEW blog struck me because it's a NEW year! Isn't it just a significant reason and beginning? =) 

I do enjoy blogging but I just simply hate the lost of freedom to write about certain stuff, which kinda defeat the purpose of blogging in the first place right? I hate it when I know someone is reading me when I wished they didn't (eg. family members). ooooops

Ever since I kinda closed down my first blog seven-miles, I actually tried blogging on different platforms but nothing seemed to be able to drive me. 

Here's my little record of blogs I "own": 

1) Seven-miles (closed it down because I hate looking back at the past and I hate being "watched" if you get what I mean)

2) 1 blog on livejournal which I couldn't even remember the name. (it contained all my rants and trash, mostly friends locked. You won't want to see that side of me there.)

3) liquid-white on blogspot (no entries at all -_-") 

4) melting-point on wordpress (contained less than 10 entries. It was suppose to be a record of my days during Mel's absence in Singapore, but wordpress just lags and die on me too often and isn't that friendly. I gave up) 

5) wardrobe.room on blogspot (my blog shop selling mostly my 2nd hand but brand new apparels and accessories. However, already inactive ever since I sold off 90% of the stuff in a flea market) 

6) the-5-gucci-shoes on blogspot (a shared blog with 午餐肉) 

7) and of course, this. 

Well, I have no idea what this blog will bring me and what the fate of this blog would be but this blog exist to record my path, just like a diary. I still believe blogs are evil. Shall see how things go. 

Starting school on the 13th. Quite shiok, I didn't know my holidays was so long. Will be taking 3 modules this semester and finally touching on my 2nd major which is CTP (Communications, Technology and Policy). I am getting quite sick of PR (Public Relations) already. Hope the 2 CTP modules I am taking this sem can bring me some life although the name itself sounds even DRIER than PR. *SIGH* Why am I not in NTU?! =( 

I still wish to work. Hopefully a suitable job can be found. (eg. part-time medical/nursing based job, airport job, productions, events). I don't mind working my ass off as long as the hours doesn't clash with my school hours and flexible enough to give some leeway during assignment submission/exam period). Pay doesn't matter as long as it's not too pathetic (i.e $3-$5 /hr). 

Better still, I hope Esplanade's urshering job is open. Shall check it out soon. 

New Year Eve was spent at Wan Leng's 21st Birthday. It was rather nostalgic. Familar faces with unfamiliar dressing. The guys are getting really stylo and the girls really elegant and classy. However, one thing for sure, I can still click better with the 1G and 2G  people. The memories of my sec 3 and sec 4 days just seems more vague than that of  sec 1 and 2. Actually, the memories of my Sec 1 and 2 days are so vivid I can even remember where I sat! That proves pretty much I guess. 

Chilled at my pool side with Jerry and Chin Leng after the party. Screw the countdowns. I don't look forward to anything in the coming year, except to see Mel walk out from the Changi Airport arrival hall back in my hands again for good, and getting my hands on the freaking degree cert in September(it better be). 

Oh... maybe I do look forward to Jay's new album next year too eh? hrmm....
